Mobile power-assisted manipulator, also known as manipulator, balance crane, balance booster, manual transfer machine (the above statement is not professional but has been popular in China), is a novel, for material handling and installation of labor-saving operation of the power-assisted equipment.
It skillfully applies the principle of force balance, so that the operator can push and pull the heavy object accordingly, and the balance of movement and positioning in the space.
When the heavy object is lifted or lowered, it forms a floating state, and the air path ensures zero operating force (in fact, due to the processing technology and design cost control, the operating force is less than 10kg-300kg as the judgment standard), and the operating force is affected by the weight of the workpiece.
Without the need for skilled jogging operation, the operator can push and pull the heavy object by hand, and the heavy object can be correctly placed anywhere in the space.
